Once done, you will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes.

Single sip & scan Method of Entry: Visit coke.com/offers and navigate to The FUZE Summer 2018 sip & scan Sweepstakes. Alternatively, if you receive an email from Sponsor, follow the links and instructions to navigate to this Sweepstakes. Now, log into your Account and scan the sip & scan icon on the participating FUZE product packaging. Once done, you will receive 1
entry into the Sweepstakes.

Mail-In Method: Hand print your full name, mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), day/evening/cellular phone number (if any), valid email address (associated with your Account), and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to:
