Winner Selection:

One grand prize winner will be chosen randomly on or about November 22, 2021, from all eligible entries and notified by mail, email or phone. The winner has to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within five (5) days of the date notice in order to claim the prize.
