Purchase Method: Sign up for a free Hy-Vee Perks Program Loyalty Card or maintain an active Hy-Vee Perks membership, then present the Program Loyalty Card with each qualifying in-store or online purchase at a participating Hy-Vee store. Each qualifying purchase generates an entry.

Each mail-in entry must be postmarked by 11/06/2026 and received by 11/08/2026.

Random Drawing

On or around 11/16/2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries and select one potential winner. The potential winner will be notified by telephone, email, mail service, or by presenting their Program Loyalty Card at a participating Hy-Vee Food Store. The potential winner must accept the prize within two days of notification or the prize will be deemed refused and an alternate winner may be selected.
