All you need is to register your entry in the 2022 CMT Music Awards Sweepstakes and try your good luck.

Limit

To enter into the sweepstakes, the entrant’s age should be 21 years old or above and there is a daily entry limit.

How to enter

• Visit cmtmusicawardssweeps.com and follow all the on-screen instructions and submit the entry form to get an eligible entry.
• Take a postcard or piece of paper no larger than 8½” x 11” and write your mailing address, e-mail, and telephone number and send to Promotion Headquarters 2022 CMT Music Awards Sweepstakes PO Box 55133 Atlanta, GA 30308.

Winner selection and notification

Five potential winners will be selected through a random drawing on the 18^th of April and will be notified via email.
