Entry Limit: The minimum age limit to enter the sweepstakes is 18 years. Daily one entry is limited throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

There are 2 ways to obtain a game code to play:
a. Purchase Method: During promotion period, purchase a 22 fl oz or a 30 fl oz beverage at a participating Church's Chicken® restaurant and you will receive a cup with a code on it.

b. Free Method: Hand print your name, home mailing address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper along with a self-addressed stamped envelope and mail it in an envelope with proper postage, to: “Church’s® and Fanta® 2016 Promotion: #FantaFlavaCraze – Poppin’ It For Prizes - Free Code,” c/o HelloWorld, Inc., P.O. Box 5046, Department Box 823864, Kalamazoo, MI, 49003-5046, to request a Code.

Limit: 1 code request per envelope, up to 63 total requests per person.
