Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required): Handprint your full name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: “LUCKY 26 Monthly Member 2026 Sweeps,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O.
