There are three ways to get entry in to the survey sweepstakes.

Online: During promotion period, visit www.carrssurvey.net and provide details like store and state name, email address and date of visit to get started. After that, complete all survey questions with loyal feedback. Upon completion of survey, you will be asked for personal details in entry form. So complete and submit entry form with all required details to get entry in to the sweepstakes drawing.

Mail-in: In order to enter without making purchase, just write down your name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number and e-mail address on 3” x 5” card and mail it in a number ten (#10) envelope to: SAFEWAY “Survey Sweepstakes”, c/o StellaService, 75 Broad Street, Suite 1010, New York, NY 10004.

Random drawing will be conducted each month to select 20 winners per month.
