How to enter:

On-site entry:

Visit the Cadillac display that will be at either PNC Bank Arts Center or Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater during the hours of operation. Entrants have to provide their first and last name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to get entry in to the promotion.
