• Limit one (1) entry per eligible SiriusXM subscriber. Multiple entries submitted by a single person, whether from one email address or multiple email addresses, will render all of that person's entries void and ineligible.
• Entrants must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico and at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Entrants must also have been current SiriusXM subscribers with an active trial, paid, or ad-supported subscription plan as of 09/27/2026. The Sweepstakes is not open to the general public. Random Drawing

The winner will be determined in a random drawing held on or about 11/01/2026 from all eligible entries received. The selected Grand Prize Winner will be notified by telephone using the information provided at entry. If the selected winner does not answer, a message will be left and the winner must respond within one (1) day to provide a valid email address for the potential-winner notification and required documents.

Grand Prize:

• Number of winners: one (1).
• Round-trip coach air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada, from a major commercial airport nearest the winner's primary residence, with ground transportation potentially substituted if the winner resides within 150 miles of the destination.
• One (1) hotel accommodation for two (2) nights in one standard double-occupancy room, including room tax only, checking in 05/19/2027 and checking out 05/21/2027.
• Two (2) Premium tickets to see Santana at House of Blues Las Vegas, scheduled for 05/20/2027.
• Dinner for the winner and guest at House of Blues inside Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
• Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary, and the guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of travel.
• Individual ARV: $3,000.
