The survey helps the company to know how satisfied the customers are with numerous aspects of the vehicle from design to dealer treatment. Your feedback truly makes a difference so, compete the Strategic Vision's Annual Strategic Vision Survey Sweepstakes to win $10,000, $500 or $250 cash prize.

Limit: Age requirement to enter the survey sweepstakes is at least 18 years. Only one entry per person is allowed for Sweepstakes.

How to Enter:

Online: Visit www.2019.strategicvision.com and click on “Next” button. After that, select national charity you would love to donate a portion of the money. Now, enter your Access Code and Unique ID to start the survey. Next, answer all the survey questions to complete the survey. At the end, you can provide additional feedback about your vehicle in the comments section.

Paper Survey: If you have received a multi-page paper survey from Strategic Vision for the New Vehicle Experience Study, then fill out and return it.

Mail: Mail a plain white 4 x 6 inch postcard including: your name, address, phone number, email address, and make/model and year of your primary vehicle to: 2019 Strategic Vision Survey Sweepstakes, Strategic Vision, P.O. Box 420429 San Diego, CA 92142.

Prizes

(1) First Prize: $10,000 awarded as a check

(2) Second Prizes: $500 awarded as a check
