• Limit one (1) entry per person throughout the Entry Period.
• Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, except where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18), in which case entrants must have reached that age.
• Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia with a valid Social Security Number.
• Entrants must be current Capital One credit or debit cardholders, excluding Capital One private label credit cards, prior to 08/25/2026.

Random Drawing.

On or about 09/30/2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified using the email address, postal address, and/or telephone number provided at entry, as determined by Sponsor and/or MLB. The potential winner must respond within three (3) days of the notification. If required, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and a Release of Publicity must be returned within five (5) days of issuance.
