How to Enter: During the Promotion period, visit www.womenshealthmag.com/pieceofmesweeps and completely fill out all the required fields on the entry form, including your first and last name, complete home mailing address, daytime telephone number), date of birth, and e-mail address. Upon completing all the fields, submit your entry form to the website.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received on February 4, 2015. Winners will be notified by e-mail on or about February 12, 2015.

Prizes:

(1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive two night double occupancy hotel accommodations at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV for winner and one guest, two tickets to one performance of the Britney: Piece of Me show, a meet-and-greet session with Britney Spears for winner and one guest, and $750 voucher to apply toward airfare or other travel costs. ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,250.

(25) Runners-up Prizes: Each runners-up winner will receive one 3.3-ounce bottle of Fantasy fragrance. ARV: $57.50 each. The total ARV of the runners-up prizes is $1,437.50.

The total ARV of all prizes awarded is $2,687.50.
