How to enter

To enter by donating: Donate or attempt to donate blood at a Versiti Blood Center donor center during the Sweepstakes Period.
To enter without donating (“AMOE”): To receive one entry into a drawing without donating blood, please handwrite the following information on a 3”x5” card: the words “2021 Drive to Save Lives Sweepstakes,” your first and last name, date of birth, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, and the words “I have read and accept the Official Rules.” In addition, please handwrite the state in which you would like to receive an entry. Then mail the completed 3”x5” card in a stamped #10 business envelope to Versiti, Inc., Drive to Save Lives Sweepstakes, Attn: Donor Marketing, P.O. Box 2178, Milwaukee, WI 53201-2178.

Winner selection and notification

5 potential winners will be selected through a random drawing and will be notified via email. One drawing for each of the following five states: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
