Method #2 – Free Mail-In Entry: Handwrite your full name, email address, city and state, and phone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope to: Disney+ Perks: Destination D23 Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559.
