Valpak Tennis Giveaway Winners Selection and Notification:

The sponsor will conduct a random drawing on or about June 16, 2021, to select one potential grand prize winner from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted via the telephone number provided on the selected Provisional Winner’s Entry form. The winner has to provide their valid Social Security Number to the Sponsor for tax purposes or submit an IRS W-9 form in order to claim the prize as well as sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, or similar documents to the sponsor within 10 business days in order to claim the prize.
