Mail-in Entry: Mail one 3" x 5" piece of paper with properly stamped #10 envelope, containing the details like name, address, contact number and date of birth to: STAR MOTORCYCLES 2014 SWEEPSTAKES, 6555 Katella Avenue, Cypress, CA 90630. All mail-in entries must be post marked by October 14, 2013.
