You will be required to provide your first and last name, state of residence, date of birth, citizenship status, homeowner status, and annual income range. A soft credit check will be conducted before displaying your rate. Once you complete these steps, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.

Alternate Method of Entry (Mail-In Entry)

To enter without checking your rate, you may submit a mail-in entry.
