If the entrants do not have an account, they may create one by downloading or opening the Smoothie King Healthy Rewards app (available from Google Play or the Apple App Store, see smoothieking.com/healthy-rewards) (the “App”), and following the instructions to register for or sign in.
• Method #2 - Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”): Mail a postcard including your name, complete address, email address, and phone number to the following address to receive 1 entry into the Grand Prize drawing (the “AMOE Entry”): The Smoothie King 60 Days for $60k Sweepstakes, PO Box 595, Social Circle, GA 30025-0595.

To enter for the Entry Period prizes:
