One potential grand prize and eight potential weekly prize winners will be selected randomly on or around January 15, 2021. Winners will be notified via email.

Weekly prize winner have to provide their name, home mailing address, date of birth, and email address to confirm eligibility and for prize fulfillment purposes within 5 days after obtaining notification to claim the prize.

The potential Grand Prize winner has to complete, sign, and submit a Declaration of Compliance, Liability, and where not prohibited a Publicity Release within 5 days after obtaining notification to claim the prize.
