Mail-In Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase or signing up for a Hy-Vee Fuel Saver + Perks card, hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, and email address (optional) on a 3” x 5” card and mail it to ATTN: PEPSI 2022 INDYCAR SWEEPSTAKES AT HY-VEE– Entry, 5820 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266-8223.
