Enroll in Subscription: Subscribe to a package on the website. The subscription includes merchandise and entries. Provide your name, address, phone number, and email.

Mail-in Entry: Write “OB31” Sweepstakes on a 3”x5” card with your name, address, phone number, email, and birthdate. Mail it in a business envelope to: CSS / “OB31” Sweepstakes, 5607 Pittsford Palmyra Rd, PO Box 828, Pittsford, NY 14534. Each valid mail entry gets 75 entries.
