So, Our Boots Pharmacy has initiated a customer survey on ourbootspharmacy.com so shoppers can give their feedback on the products and services offered by Boots Pharmacy. For providing feedback and time, participants will get a chance to win £200 worth of Boots Advantage Card points or £100 Boots Gift Card.

Limit: For entering the Boots Pharmacy Survey Sweeps, your age must at least 18 years. You can participate in the survey sweeps one time per week during the promotional period. Once you complete the survey, you will get 10 entries into the monthly drawing.

There are two ways to enter:

Online: Access www.ourbootspharmacy.com and enter the 15 digit survey entry code. Answer the survey questions and provide your contact information to finish the survey. At the end of the survey, you will be entered into the monthly prize draw.

GoRecommend Application: To get entry through Empathica’s GoRecommend application, you must be invited by the Sponsor, either by e-mail based invitation or at the end of the client's survey during the relevant Contest Period.
