Free Mail-In Entry: Hand-print your name, address, city, state/province/territory, ZIP or postal code, email address, and daytime and evening telephone numbers including area code on a 3 x 5 card. Random Drawing

The winner will be selected by random drawing. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours following selection.

If the selected winner is an eligible resident of Canada, the winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical or other skill-testing question before being declared the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 24 hours after notification is sent, or fails to timely return required declaration and release documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
