Next, upload either (A) one photo that includes your dog and your worn-out shoes OR (B) one photo of your dog or one photo of your worn-out shoes.
• Mail-in Method of Entry: To enter without uploading a photo(s), print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Adequan® Canine One Step Ahead Sweepstakes – Photo Upload,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O.
