How to enter

After the CTA Tweet is made, during the Promotion Entry Period, to participate, click the link included in the CTA Tweet (jumpstartjug.com) posted by @PaneraBread. If the Promotion is still ongoing when you click on the link, you will be directed to the online registration form. You must fully complete the registration form by providing your name, physical address, email address, and phone number and submit to Fooji a completed registration form for its receipt.

Random Drawing & Winner Notification

Potential winner of the sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 30, 2021 based and will be notified via e-mail.
