Visit metrosurvey.ca or metrosurvey.ca/ecommerce and click on “I don’t have a Survey Access Code” link. After that, select the city, store and date of visit to begin the survey. Now, answer all the survey questions based on your recent experience at the store and get entered into the Sweepstakes
