After you reply with an eligible date of birth and valid email address, you will receive 1entry into the Sweepstakes.
• Via quick response code on display/via the website: During the Promotion Period, look for special Sweepstakes displays at participating Meoimi retailers with a QR code. Scan the QR code with your web-enabled mobile device to be directed to meiomi.com/golf or access the Website directly. Then, follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form, to be entered into the Sweepstakes.

Winner Selection

The potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about the first business day after the end of each month and will be notified via mail.
