How to enter:

During the promotion period, submit a maurices Celebrates Hometown Heroes Sweepstakes Entry Form at www.maurices.com/nominateahero, www.facebook.com/maurices or www.instagram.com/maurices with all requested below details:

• Nominator’s contact information
• The identity of a Local Hero with whom the Nominator has permission to share their information
• The Hero’s contact information exclusively for use in connection with this Sweepstakes
• Write 250 words essay describing Why the Hero is being nominated.

Prizes:
