How to Enter in Hometown Touchdowns Sweepstakes:

To enter, visit a participating retailer and scan the QR code on in-store signage, or go directly to hometowntouchdowns.com to access the Sweepstakes site. First-time visitors must complete the registration form with full name, address email, birth date, and phone number. Returning visitors can simply log in with their email.

To receive a sweepstakes entry for the J4L Sweepstakes, complete registration via QR code or the J4L site during the Promotion Period. Limit one entry per person.

Earning Sweepstakes Entries

You can earn entries into the Grand Prize and other prize drawings in two ways:

• Make a Purchase: Buy a participating product, find its UPC, and enter the code on the website.
• No Purchase (Free Code): Visit hometowntouchdowns.com/survey, answer a short survey to receive a Unique Free Code, and submit it online.

Each valid code earns one entry into the Grand Prize Drawing and potentially the First, Second, and Third Prize Drawings. Your entry will be assigned a touchdown range (e.g., 682–722) corresponding to the number of total touchdowns scored in Division 1 football games during each period. If the touchdowns match your assigned range, you’ll be entered into the prize drawings for that period.

Hometown Touchdowns Sweepstakes Winner Selection:

Grand Prize Drawing:

One Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the entire promotion period on or around November 4, 2025.

First, Second, and Third Prize Drawings:

Winners for these prizes will be selected in 10 weekly drawings between July 28, 2025 and October 31, 2025. Each drawing will randomly select:

• 20 First Prize winners
• 3 Second Prize winners
• 1,000 Third Prize winners

Jerseys for Life Prize Drawings:

Four separate drawings will be held between September 9, 2025 and November 4, 2025, with one winner selected in each drawing.
