With Purchase: During the promotion period, make a purchase of any bag of eligible LAY’S® potato chip products or Lay’s Poppables® potato snacks and find out the A Combined Code including bell-marker code located under the “guaranteed fresh” statement on the front of the bag and the UPC code on the back of the same bag.

Free Combined Code request: Just write down your full name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to Lay’s® Grocery Giveaway Combined Code Request, PO Box 2334, Addison, TX 75001. Once you did it, you will receive one combined on your email address.

How to enter:

After obtaining one combined code, visit laysgrocerygiveway.com and fill out the entry form with all your requested details first and last name, valid e-mail address, complete mailing, date of birth, telephone number, and your Combined Code and submit it to receive an entry in to the sweepstakes.
