Free Online Entry: Visit https://thejerzboy.com/ and complete the registration form with the required information, including your name, valid email address, daytime phone number, state or province of residence, and ZIP or postal code. You must also select your desired chair customization, including the color and name to be placed on the chair.

In-Store Bonus Entry: Visit a participating La-Z-Boy, Comfort Studios or Branded Spaces physical store, go to the recliner section, locate the Jer-Z-Boy Sweepstakes sign and scan its QR code. Follow the on-screen instructions to receive five (5) Bonus Entries. A corresponding Web Entry is required.

Mail-In Bonus Entry: Mail a postcard or a 3-inch by 5-inch index card inside an envelope containing your name, valid email address, phone number including area code, state or province of residence, and ZIP or postal code to: Jer-Z-Boy Sweepstakes c/o Kaleidoscope Promotions, 7 Switchbud Place, Suite 192-214, The Woodlands, TX 77380 USA. Mail must be sent by 09/14/2026 and received by 09/17/2026. A corresponding Web Entry is required to earn the five (5) Bonus Entries.

Random Drawing

On or about 09/18/2026, the Administrator will randomly select the potential prize winners from among all eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified on or about 09/21/2026 using the contact information provided at entry and must follow the instructions provided to complete winner confirmation. Canadian potential winners must also correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
