Limit: Open to legal U.S. residents of MA, ME, NH, RI, and VT who are age 18 or older as of the date of entry, and who have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government-issued photo identification. There is a limit of 200 entries per Entrant for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

How to Enter Grand Slam Summer Sweepstakes: 

Qualifying Purchase:

• Single purchase of $50.00 or more:Entrants making a purchase of $50.00 or more (excluding sales tax and after all coupons and discounts have been applied) on a single cash register receipt at a participating location within the Sweepstakes Period will be the recipient of 1 alphanumeric code printed on their Receipt. 2 or more Receipts may not be combined for the purpose of reaching a required Qualifying Purchase level or to earn additional Codes.
• Earning additional Codes:Entrants who earn 1 Code by making a Qualifying Purchase may earn up to 8 additional Codes on the same Receipt if their Qualifying Purchase includes the purchase of qualifyung products mentioned in rules.

Upon receipt of 1 or more Codes on a Receipt, Entrants must log onto grandslamsummersweeps.com and (if a first-time visitor) follow the online instructions to fully complete and submit the registration form with all required information, including first and last name, complete address (no P.O Boxes), valid email address, birth date, phone number (including area code) and favorite Sponsor location. After having read and agreed to these Official Rules, click the “Submit” button to submit your online registration be directed to the Code submission page, and submit the code.

Without a Purchase (Mail-in Entry): To obtain 1 Entry in the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, hand print your complete name, address (including city, state, and zip code), email address, birth date, and daytime and evening phone numbers (including area codes) on a 3x5 card or piece of paper, and mail your entry in a #10, business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed to: Shaw’s and Star Market Grand Slam Summer Sweeps, P.O.
