During the Entry Period, you can access the Sweepstakes online entry form in one of two ways. First, you may use your web-enabled mobile device to scan the QR Code displayed on Sweepstakes video ads in select movie theaters, which will open the Entry Form in your device’s web browser. Alternatively, you may visit frontandcentersweeps.com directly.

To enter, complete the Entry Form by providing all required information and submit it to receive an entry in to the sweepstakes.

One grand prize winner will be selected randomly on or about July 15, 2025 from all eligible entries.

One grand prize winner will receive a 5-day, 4-night trip for four to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida.

Trip Includes:
