Limit: Only one entry is allowed per eligible person. The minimum age limit to enter the giveaway is 18. It is open only for the legal residents of Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama or West Virginia.

How to enter in Food City Free Groceries Giveaway:

There are two methods to enter the Sweepstakes: Electronic Entries and Mail-In Entries.

Electronic Entries

To enter via Electronic Entry, first, apply for a Food City ValuCard by filling out an official application form available at participating Food City stores. No purchase is necessary to obtain the card. After registration is complete, each time you use your Food City ValuCard to purchase $20 or more in participating items in the same transaction between January 1st, 2026 and January 31st, 2026, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.

Mail-In Entries

To enter by Mail, handprint in ink on a 3x5 card your full name, address, and daytime and evening phone numbers. Mail the completed card in a stamped envelope to: 2026 Private Label Month - Free Groceries for a Year Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1158, Abingdon, VA 24212.
