How to Enter in Fetch Play 5 Million Point Sweepstakes:

In-App Entry Method

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may earn one entry into the Sweepstakes by completing a task in any of the games available through the Fetch Play feature within the Fetch App, as further described in the app. Each completed task that qualifies under these Official Rules will count as one entry.

Mail-In Entry Method

To enter by mail, send a postcard addressed to Fetch Rewards, LLC, 1050 E. Washington Ave., Madison, WI 53703, Attn: Fetch Play December 5 Million Points Sweepstakes. The postcard must clearly include the entrant’s full name, Fetch referral code, email address, and a statement indicating the entrant’s intent to enter the Sweepstakes.
