You will receive a text message with a link to complete the registration form. Submit all required information to receive fifty entries into the applicable Monthly Entry Period drawing, all remaining Monthly drawings, and the Grand Prize drawing.

Free Online Entry (AMOE):

To enter without using a mobile phone or visiting a location, visit choicesweepstakesamoe.com and complete the online entry form with all requested information.
