Purchase:

During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase a Fresh Value Meal online through the Subway app and/or at any participating Subway location and save the purchase receipt. After that, visit www.FootlongSeasonSweeps.com and submit the registration form with the required details. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to upload a photograph of the original Qualifying Purchase receipt. Once the receipt is approved, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.

Mail-In (Without Purchase):

To enter without making a purchase, handprint your complete name (no initials), e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP Code, telephone number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY), on a 3½"x5" card and mail it (in an outer mailing envelope) with sufficient postage to: Subway Footlong Season™ Sweepstakes (PL014110), PO Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325.
