How to enter:

With purchase: During promotion period, purchase any two (2) Dove Men + Care products from participating Sam’s Club Store or online at www.samsclub.com, then visit www.dovemenbiggame.com and follow online instructions to complete and submit official entry form with all requested information like complete first and last name (no initials), street address, city, state, ZIP Code, daytime telephone number, date of birth, Sam’s Club member number and agreement to these Official Rules. After that, upload a photograph of either the original register receipt or the receipt from the Scan and Go App showing the Qualifying Purchase.

Mail-in: In order to enter without making purchase, just write your personal details like name, valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes 2 not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, Sam’s Club member number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½"x5" card and mail it to: Dove Men + Care Big Games Sweepstakes, PO Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325.
