Free Online Registration: Visit https://takebackyourgame.com/ and complete the online registration form with all required information. Agree to the Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy and submit the form to receive one Registration Entry.

Purchase Bonus Entry: After registering, entrants may use their Sweepstakes account dashboard to upload a receipt showing the purchase of an eligible TENA Men product from a participating retailer. Participating retailers are Publix, Walmart, Stop & Shop, ShopRite, Walgreens, CVS, Target, and Giant Food. A valid receipt earns one bonus entry, subject to the weekly bonus-entry limit.

Free Mail-In Bonus Entry: Hand-print “TENA Men Take Back Your Game Sweepstakes Mail-In Entry Request,” along with your full name, complete mailing address, valid email address, and telephone number on a plain piece of paper. Each request must be mailed separately, postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period, and received by 11/20/2026. A valid request earns one bonus entry, subject to the weekly bonus-entry limit.

Bonus Entries: Bonus entries earned during a Monthly Entry Period are included in that Monthly Prize drawing and, if not selected, roll over into subsequent Monthly Prize drawings. Eligible bonus entries are also included in the Grand Prize drawing.

Random Drawing

On or about 11/24/2026, the Administrator will conduct random drawings to select one potential winner for each of the three Monthly Prizes and one potential Grand Prize winner. Potential winners will be notified by email within approximately 48 hours of the drawing and must respond within 72 hours of notification.

• Includes two event tickets and may include, at the Sponsor's discretion, round-trip air or ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and other travel- and event-related components.
• The Sponsor will work with the winner to identify a preferred sporting event experience, while the specific event, destination, travel dates, accommodations, transportation, seating, and other details will be determined by the Sponsor.
• If the total value of the Grand Prize is less than $15,000, the remaining balance will be awarded in cash.
• Individual ARV: $15,000.

Monthly Prizes:

• 3 winners.
• Each winner receives one 65-inch television.
• Each winner receives one sports streaming subscription package, with the service and subscription duration determined by the Sponsor.
• Each winner receives one $200 gift card.
• Individual ARV: $1,000.
• Category ARV: $3,000.
