During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two ways to enter:

Method 1 – Online Entry (Disney+ Subscribers):

Visit perks.disneyplus.com and log in using your MyDisney account linked to your Disney+ subscription. If you do not already have an account, you may create one for free on the website. Once logged in, go to the “Discover” page, select “12 Days of Perks: NBA Sweepstakes”, check the box confirming you meet eligibility requirements and agree to the Official Rules and Terms of Use, and submit your entry.

Method 2 – Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required):

Handwrite your name, email address, city, and state of residence on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a #10 business-size envelope to:

Disney 12 Days of Perks Giveaway Winner Selection:

Winner will be selected via random drawing on or about January 27, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period

Disney 12 Days of Giveaway Prizes:

One Grand Prize Winner will receive a 3-day / 2-night trip two to attend one 2025–2026 regular season NBA game in the United States or Toronto, Canada, scheduled no earlier than March 13, 2026.

Trip includes:

• Roundtrip coach airfare for two from a major airport near Winner’s residence to the approved Destination City
• Two nights’ hotel accommodation (one standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only)
• Two tickets to the approved NBA game (seating determined by Sponsor)
• $250 for ground transportation (cash or cash equivalent)
