Automatic Entry: Eligible First Horizon Bank and IberiaBank Visa cardholders will automatically receive 1 Sweepstakes entry for each eligible Visa purchase made with his/her Visa® First Horizon Debit or Credit Card or Visa® IberiaBank Debit or Credit Card during the Promotion Period at a participating merchant location in the U.S. Only eligible Visa purchases, or payments made with a Visa® First Horizon Debit or Credit Card or Visa® IberiaBank Debit or Credit Card are eligible for automatic entry. Account adjustment transactions/returns, cash advances, balance transfers, non-U.S.-dollar purchases, Interlink®-processed transactions, purchases authorized by entering a PIN (personal identification number), payment of late fees or over-limit fees, and Visa health and benefit cards are excluded from automatic entry.

Grand Prize: A Super Bowl LVI trip package consisting of a 5-day/4-night trip departing on February 10, 2022, and returning on February 14, 2022, for 2 people (winner and 1 guest) to Los Angeles, CA to attend Super Bowl LVI, scheduled to take place on Sunday, February 13, 2022.

Prize Includes:

• 2 tickets to Super Bowl LVI;
• A round-trip economy class air transportation for 2 people;
• Hotel accommodations including breakfast daily (one room, double occupancy);
• 2 tickets to the Super Bowl LVI Visa Tailgate;

In addition to the aforementioned prize, $8,500 cash will be awarded in the form of a check to the winner that can be used toward the payment of income taxes associated with the prize. The total ARV of the grand prize is $28,450.
