Once you uploaded your photo, you have to provide full name, email, province / territory, confirmation of your eligibility status, the name of your shape, and a description of your shape to get entry in to the contest.

All eligible entries will be judged by qualified panel of judges on the basis of creativity of CHEETOS CRUNCHY® snack image, name and description.
