If you are not already a Burlington Loyalty member you may sign up for a free Burlington Loyalty account and automatically be entered for a chance to win.

Alternative form entry: during the Promotion Period, eligible entrants will automatically receive 1 entry to the Sweepstakes by emailing their name, valid email address, valid mailing address (PO Boxes are not acceptable), and valid phone number to [email protected] with Burlington’s 50th Anniversary Sweepstakes in the Subject Line. 

Winner Selection

The winners will be selected on or about, June 3, 2022, from all the eligible entries received by a random drawing.
