After making the purchase, visit www.WildernessSweepstakes.com, complete the entry form with your first and last name, email address, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, and age, and upload a photo of your receipt showing the retailer name, purchase date, and the qualifying BLUE Wilderness products.
