You may also get your sweepstakes entry via mail, for that you have to legibly write your first and last name, complete address, telephone number, date of birth, and e-mail address on a 3X5 piece of paper, place in a stamped envelope and then mail it to: Ben & Jerry’s “Taste Test Sweepstakes” PO Box 003, Lynbrook, NY 11563-0003.

Ben & Jerry’s will select five random entries after the sweepstakes ends on or about November 14, 2013 to award grand prize.
