Online Entry: Visit https://www.hi-chew.com/pages/flavor-mash-game and submit the official entry form with your full name, phone number, city and state of residence, email address, and your guess for the mystery flavor combination featured in the HI-CHEW Halloween Mystery Mix. Every valid online entry receives one entry into the First Prize Drawing regardless of the answer. A correct mystery flavor guess is required for an online entry to be included in the Grand Prize Drawing.

Free Mail-in Entry: Legibly hand-print your full name, full mailing address with no P.O. Box, email address, phone number and birth date on a plain 3x5-inch piece of paper. Mail it separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: Attn: HI-CHEW Mystery Sweepstakes Entry, 4 Park Plaza, Ste 750, Irvine, CA 92614. Each valid Mail-In Entry receives one entry into the Sweepstakes and is included in the Grand Prize and First Prize drawings.

Random Drawing

On or about 11/05/2026, the Administrator will conduct the Grand Prize Drawing from all eligible entries containing the correct mystery flavor guess plus all eligible Mail-In Entries. On or about 11/05/2026, a separate First Prize Drawing will select ten potential winners from all eligible entries received through all entry methods, regardless of answer.

Potential winners will be notified by email or other contact information provided with their entry within a commercially reasonable time after the drawing. The potential Grand Prize winner must complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release and Form W-9 within the timeframe communicated by Sponsor.
