There are two ways to enter the giveaway:

Purchase Entry: Buy any Blue Diamond Almonds package (1.5 oz or larger) during the Sweepstakes Period. Visit BDFitnessSweeps.com, enter your valid email address, and follow the instructions to submit your UPC code. First-time participants must also complete a registration form with required information full name, phone number, address, city, state, ZIP code, and date of birth.

Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Handwrite your full name, phone number, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½”x5” card and mail it with sufficient postage to: Blue Diamond Growers Fitness Sweepstakes Entry, 47 W Division St., #374, Chicago, IL 60610.
