How to Enter in 2025 Club Applebee’s NFL Digital Game

There are three ways to obtain game play.

Purchase Online: Make a qualifying purchase at Applebees.com or through the Applebee’s Mobile App during the promotion period. You will receive a Game Play Email within 24 hours of your verified purchase.

Purchase In-Restaurant:

Make a qualifying purchase at any Applebee’s location during the same period.

If paying via Ziosk tablet, enter your email and opt in to the Game.

If not using Ziosk, scan the QR code on the table tent and complete the online form.
You’ll receive your Game Play Email within 24 hours of verification.

No Purchase Necessary:

To receive a Game Play Email without purchase, mail a 3”x5” card with your name, mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), phone number, date of birth, and email to: 2025 Club Applebee’s NFL Digital Game Play Request, c/o GSE, PO Box 160, Dept. 25-8129-01, Glencoe, MN 55336-0160.
