The entrant must then complete and submit the registration form to select his/her retailer from the drop-down menu, if available, and enter a valid UPC code from either an Annie’s Organic Mac & Extreme Cheese Shells & White Cheddar or Annie’s Organic Mac & Extreme Cheese Shells & Real Aged Cheddar product. Upon the completion of the process, the entrant will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes. On subsequent, the entrant may return to the website, to obtain an additional Online Entry into Sweepstakes.
