Planet Fitness has hit a new milestone: the health club franchise now has 5 million members! Now, to celebrate the milestone, Planet Fitness has initiated an amazing sweepstakes called ‘The Planet Fitness 5 Million Thank Yous Sweepstakes’ and they’re giving away some really exciting prizes including a $30,000 worth car, a trip for two to Hawaii, a 5-day cruise, 50-inch Smart TV and even daily cash prizes!

Limit: Only one entry is allowed per person per day throughout the Promotion Period.

Eligibility: All participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

How to enter: Visit www.5MillionThankYous.com and then simply fill up and submit an online registration form including your full name, email address and phone number. For each entry that is successfully submitted, you’ll get one entry into the applicable day’s Daily Drawing as well as one entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.

Throughout the Promotion Period, a random drawing will be held on or about 1 business day following the end of each day, to select five potential daily prize winners. And after the end of the Sweepstakes Period, another random drawing will be held from amongst all eligible Grand Prize entries, to select five potential grand prize winners.

Daily Prizes

Each daily prize winner will receive a $500 check. (ARV of each daily prize is $500 and total ARV of all daily prizes is $40,000)

Grand Prizes

First grand prize winner will get a car of the sponsor’s choice worth $30,000. (ARV: $30,000)

Second grand prize winner will receive a 5-day trip for two to Hawaii, including airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodation and a check worth $3,500. (Total ARV: $7,500)

Third grand prize winner will get a 5-day cruise package for two, which also includes round trip coach class air transportation, ground transportation, two passes for the four night cruise of Sponsor’s choice, and meals & drinks as provided by the cruise. (Total ARV: $2,500)

Fourth grand prize winner will receive one five-year Planet Fitness Black Card Membership. (ARV: $1,395)

Fifth grand prize winner will get one 50-inch Smart TV. (ARV: $1,300)

The total value of all prizes (Daily and Grand Prizes) is $82,695.
